Now Hiring Swimming Pool Solar Installers

Solaron is looking for dependable, hard-working swimming pool solar installers to join our team. We install solar pool heating systems for homeowners throughout the Sacramento area and are looking for applicants who are comfortable working outdoors, on roofs, and as part of a crew.

This position is a good fit for someone with hands-on trade experience, especially in roofing, plumbing, pool equipment, or solar installation. Prior experience with solar pool heating is helpful, but not required for the right person.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking applicants who take pride in quality work, show up on time, follow directions, and work safely. Since most installations involve roof work and plumbing connections, applicants should be comfortable with ladders, tools, physical labor, and outdoor job sites.

Job Responsibilities

Install swimming pool solar heating systems on residential roofs
Assist with plumbing connections between pool equipment and solar panels
Safely load, unload, carry, and position installation materials
Work with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and roof-mounted equipment
Follow installation instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Represent Solaron professionally while working at customer homes

Preferred Experience

Roofing experience
Plumbing or PVC pipe experience
Pool equipment experience
Solar installation experience
General construction or outdoor labor experience
